Joining in the celebrations of the “Museums for 10” event (14–20 May), the NBS will present the exhibition “Reflection of time and events on Serbian money – money of the Principality and Kingdom of Serbia” in video format on the subdomain of its Visitor Centre.

The public will have an opportunity to see the rich cultural and historical legacy of Serbian statehood and spirituality. The exhibition showcases a selection of banknotes and coins issued in the late 19th and early 20th centuries that illustrate historical and social circumstances faced by the nascent Serbian state.

The “Museums for 10” is held under the auspices of the Republic of Serbia’s Ministry of Culture and Information, in cooperation with the ICOM National Committee Serbia.
