Fourth Handicraft and Entrepreneurship Fair of Muscular Dystrophy Association of Serbia
On 10 October, the NBS hosted in its Slavija Hall the fourth, humanitarian and sales Handicraft and Entrepreneurship Fair of Muscular Dystrophy Association of Serbia. The exhibition featured works of fine and applied art (paintings, drawings, collages, wooden, paper and glass objects etc.) made by members of the Association. The Muscular Dystrophy Association of Serbia is a non-profit and non-governmental organisation, consisting of 21 city, district and provincial organisations, i.e. around 1800 registered members – persons suffering from muscular dystrophy and related neuromuscular disorders. Its activities aim to improve the position of its members, through dissemination of information, education, inclusion, integration and application of regulations. The event was organised under the auspices of the Ministry of Labour, Employment, Veteran and Social Affairs. It was opened by representatives of the Muscular Dystrophy Association of Serbia, National Organisation of Persons with Disabilities of Serbia and National Bank of Serbia.
